Meet Danielle Sivalingam

Danielle Sivalingam is a California employment law attorney representing employees in high-stakes workplace disputes. For nearly 15 years, she has litigated complex matters in state and federal courts throughout California from inception through resolution.

Before founding the firm, Danielle practiced at the United States Department of Justice and at two of the world’s largest law firms, handling sophisticated, bet-the-company litigation.

Having spent much of her career representing corporations, she understands how they evaluate risk, develop strategy, and position cases. She now uses that insight to vigorously advocate for employees facing discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. She prepares every case as if it will be tried — because leverage comes from readiness.

Danielle has been recognized by courts and fellow attorneys for her sharp advocacy, with one federal judge describing her as “tenacious.” She was honored as Attorney of the Year by a legal nonprofit organization for securing a federal jury trial victory on behalf of an individual subjected to abuse and harassment by the federal government.
